My approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), paired with mindfulness and self-compassion. I have worked extensively with leaders and staff in work-life settings, helping them perform in a way that is balanced and conducive to well-being.
I have worked for over ten years both with clients in individual therapy and with groups as an organizational psychologist, including leaders of many large companies. I have worked mainly with mindfulness-based interventions and CBT. I am also the author of several books on how to use mindfulness to foster focus, self-awareness, and increase wellbeing.
