Natalie is deeply passionate about leadership development and individual wellbeing and how this translates into workplace success; She is committed to helping people at all levels to be healthier, more resilient, and deeply engaged.


Natalie is a Psychologist, with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and accredited by the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Since her registration as a psychologist in 2006, she has practiced in a range of settings including private practice and the corporate sector, and has a particular interest in supporting people to affect positive changes in their work and personal lives. Her work both locally and abroad has given her a deeper appreciation for individual differences and she is passionate about meeting people where they are in their wellbeing journey.


Natalie has specialised skills in HR consultancy including career transition, leadership coaching, psychometric assessment and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Developed across her career as a consultant and practitioner, her collaborative and consultative approach has earned me the respect of a trusted advisor among her client base

Natalie enjoys coaching and facilitating to wider audiences, leaders, and teams on a range of topics including: Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces, Psychological Safety, Assertiveness & Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Wellbeing, and High Performing Teams.

Through facilitation and coaching, she supports leaders, executives, and high potential individuals as part of targeted interventions such as leadership development programs, often utilising psychometric assessment results to enhance self-awareness and drive behavioural change. Drawing upon these insights, she supports people to identify and implement practical strategies to increase their effectiveness.
