Life Transitions

Issues we work with: Life Transitions

What are Life transitions?

Life transitions are times when your lifestyle will alter significantly. Transitions could also emerge from significant occurrences that cause you to reflect on your life.

Transitions in life may go easily, but people frequently find it difficult to adapt to change, and they may find these times to be extremely stressful and even upsetting.

People frequently struggle with the idea of entering “middle age” and may go through what is known as a “mid-life crisis” in which they may leave their partner for a younger person, buy a sports car, or make expensive expenditures. This is due to the fact that people begin to reflect on their accomplishments and lives, a process which may be extremely difficult and emotional and in which people may feel trapped.
