
Psychologist
Rebecca began her career as a psychologist on a multidisciplinary team in Sydney’s western suburbs. That experience gave her a fantastic grounding in the mental health system, breadth of experience and some outstanding mentors from a variety of fields including child psychology, hypnotherapy, relaxation training and couples therapy. Later she worked in the Austin Hospital Clinical Psychology Department and trained as a family therapist. Informed by this, her practice was, for a time, largely in the private school sector working with staff, families and children.

Approach
I believe the study and the practice of Psychology is constantly evolving. With this outlook I allow myself to continually learn and improve my craft. I utilise solution-focused and interpersonal approaches in my sessions to support my clients in defining their goals and discovering way to reach these.
