Jessica is a registered Psychologist with training in clinical psychology, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Jessica offers individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Her approach is integrative and client-centred, with a focus on working collaboratively with clients to set treatment goals and achieve positive outcomes. Jessica places a strong emphasis on developing a therapeutic relationship and creating a non-judgemental space in which clients feel safe and comfortable discussing difficult topics.
Jessica aims to tailor her approach to meet clients’ individual needs drawing on different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Jessica is able to provide counselling and psychological services in both English and French.
I have worked in both private and public settings with people across the lifespan with a range of emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties – including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and Asperger’s syndrome.
