The nexus EAP also offers support and advice for your company regarding how to approach and cope with difficult workplace incidents that can arise. Following a traumatic incident in the workplace, it is important that action is taken within the first 48 hours.

Often such incidents can be unexpected and overwhelming, so Nexus will support and guide your company through the entire process.

As such, our specialist psychologists are able to travel to your location to hold Critical Incident Debriefing sessions as soon as possible following the event to help those involved cope with the experience, in addition to providing ongoing group and individual counselling sessions as necessary.
