Counselling for your staff

At Nexus, our highly experienced team of clinical and counselling psychologists provide specialist employee counselling services for a wide range of workplace and emotional issues. The EAP program allows employees to call us directly should they need our services and our specialised intake process will ensure that they are carefully matched to the psychologist whose expertise and experience best suits their needs.

Often you’ll find that EAP providers may not know the workplace psychologists they work with. At Nexus, this is far from the case. Our intake team and reception team hold a close working relationship with the psychologist team, ensuring that client-psychologist matches are not only informed, but personal. Throughout the process, your employee’s details and the fact that they are attending will remain completely confidential, thereby ensuring that they feel entirely comfortable to attend and are able to be open and honest, allowing them to get the most from their sessions.

Lastly, as we appreciate that each company is unique, we tailor our program to your company’s individual needs. This enables you to set pre-negotiated caps on employee sessions, and to provide the exact support feel is best for your company, and your employees.
