Coming up on 08 September 2022 is Australia’s National RUOK? day.

This is an important initiative that raises mental-health awareness with particular attention to the issue of vulnerability to suicide.

The RUOK campaign sends an important message by promoting inter-personal connection and relational integration across the community, with the goal of enhancing psychological wellbeing through a sense of belonging.

As a proud supporter of RUOK, Nexus Psychology is keen to spread the message to its EAP organisations, by offering an engaging Zoom presentation to employees.

The presentation will focus on the core campaign objective of promoting inter-connectedness and to encourage the importance of checking in with each other.

We ask you all to please extend this invitation to anyone who may be interested.
